‘Tried Every Diet?’ courses are for people who struggle to lose weight or lose it, only to find that they can’t maintain that loss.

Tried Every Diet (TED) courses explore the issue of weight loss from a brand new perspective. Fusing together the
most up to date knowledge from the health and fitness industry, with the psychological insights of Transactional
Analysis – a theory of personality.

TED courses have two very distinct elements:

Head TED – considering issues such as low self-esteem, emotional eating and building a better relationship with food.

Body TED – learning why obesity is becoming more common now, what being overweight actually does to the
body, what healthy eating is and how to become more active.

can’t maintain that loss. For those who have given up on ‘dieting’ yet are still not happy in their own skin.
