Flapjacks

125g butter

300g oats

50g black treacle

125g dried cranberries or other dried fruit

100ml prune juice (or other unsweetened juice)

150g mixture of flaked almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower/pumpkin/ sesame seeds

6 egg whites

 

Melt butter and treacle in a pan.

Stir in the fruit and fruit juice.

Mix the nuts and oats together and then stir into the fruit/treacle mixture.

Day 21

Upon rising

 

1 pint warm water with 1 slice fresh lemon. (½ cold water ½ boiled)

THEN SPREAD 5 PINTS OF WATER EVENLY THROUGH THE DAY – WITH OR WITHOUT THE LEMON – TRY ORANGE OR LIME SLICE FOR A LITTLE VARIETY

 

Breakfast

2 slices wholemeal (or Genius) bread

Either scrambled eggs using 1 whole egg plus 3 white only.
